On April 7, 2002, a core group of people who felt the need to experience a change in their spiritual journey met in the former Kids in Action building on Welpine Road…thus beginning the spiritual journey the Lord had placed before them.
Crossway Community Church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. We provide monetary support to many of the Southern Baptist missions causes, such as, Lottie Moon Christmas offering, Annie Armstrong Easter offering, missionaries around the world and other Christian causes. We are also able to use the resources that are offered to us by being affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. Along with the missions mentioned above, we also support His Hands Outreach, Home with a Heart, The Dover’s in Mexico, and the Tracy’s in Vermont. Last, but not least… Crossway Community Church is a church in transition – settled as a people with a purpose of sharing the gospel message – “Jesus saves all who come to HIM.” |
